MY STORY
I am Samuel Ngu, and I founded The Crowned Bowman Framework with a clear mission: to equip growth-minded individuals with the strategies, tools, and templates they need to unlock their potential and live with purpose.
From selling food in Africa as a child to helping my mother build a business portfolio, I’ve navigated every level of enterprise and adversity. As a teenager, I fled political oppression, arriving in the U.S. alone with nothing but a suitcase and a vision. While building a new life, I supported my family in a war zone, funded my brother’s education, and mastered resilience, adaptation, and strategic execution in corporate America.
Leveraging both corporate experience and equine-assisted learning, I help leaders craft actionable strategies, refine narratives, and drive measurable results through data-driven insights. My expertise spans business efficiency, leadership performance, and workforce dynamics.
