BACKGROUND

• FORMATIVE YEARS: Sales and business management for grandma's business. Prior affiliate marketing experience
• EARLY FINANCE EXPOSURE: Helped build AMUCEN Enterprises into a success business. Services included bonds, loans, credit cards, investment assets.
• STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS: Researched, analyzed, and prepared presentations to close IR clients (Sell & buy side). Managed bank, asset management, REIT, Semi-conductor, and other clients and their IR calls.
• COMPANY RESEARCH, REVIEW, AND SALES: Help close multiple M&A projects, landing a $200M client and securing $300K in M&A service deals in my first 3-6 months.
• FUND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT: Fund analysis, fund activities (mergers, liquidations, strategy changes, new funds, SA Changes, restructuring) to improve marketability and increase IM profitability. Cumulative incremental IM benefit of > $4M in just under two years.
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Author and speaker. Coach to millennial and Gen Z leaders and entrepreneurs. Protocol Liaison for a King and Ambassador to multiple African countries.
